- All grocery prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Market rates for wholesale grains, pulses, and edible oils are subject to daily mandi changes. The final price will be confirmed when your order is placed.
- If a specific brand or item is out of stock, our team will proactively inform you and suggest authentic alternates.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
Submitting your cart generates an organized WhatsApp message sent to our store. We review item stock immediately, confirm the order, and pack it for prompt delivery. If needed, we will call you for address guidance.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment is collected at your doorstep upon arrival via Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI QR code scan (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). An itemized bill/memo is delivered with your groceries.
5. Returns & Quality Guarantee
If any item is unsatisfactory, seal-broken, or damaged upon delivery, you may return it on the spot with our delivery personnel, or receive an instant replacement/refund.
